To comply with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law, 3n4nnet requires identity verification before processing withdrawals or upon compliance review. KYC data includes scanned or photographed copies of government-issued IDs (passport, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID) and proof of address documents. Biometric data embedded in government IDs is not actively extracted or processed by 3n4nnet.

We record details of all financial transactions conducted through your 3n4nnet account, including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, payment method type (e.g., GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO), transaction reference numbers, and timestamps in Philippine Standard Time (PST). We do not store full payment account credentials — only masked identifiers necessary for transaction matching and AML compliance.

The majority of data processing by 3n4nnet is necessary for the performance of your contract with us — specifically the 3n4nnet Terms & Conditions you agree to upon registration. This covers registration data, financial transaction data, gaming activity records, and KYC verification. Without this processing, we cannot operate your account or deliver the gaming services you have signed up for.

Certain processing activities are required by Philippine law regardless of your consent. These include: retaining transaction records for AML compliance under RA 9160, sharing data with PAGCOR as required by our gaming license, reporting suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and age verification requirements under PAGCOR regulations.

3n4nnet processes certain technical and device data on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically fraud detection, account security, and platform analytics. We have assessed that this processing does not override your fundamental rights and freedoms under RA 10173, as the data is used solely to protect the security and integrity of the platform and its players.

Where 3n4nnet sends you marketing communications or deploys non-essential cookies, we rely on your freely given, specific, and informed consent as required by RA 10173. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

• Payment processors: GCash (Mynt), Maya Philippines, BancNet, and other payment partners require transaction data to process deposits and withdrawals in PHP. These providers are subject to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations and their own data protection frameworks.

3n4nnet retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a defined period following account closure, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. The following retention periods apply:

Once the applicable retention period has expired and there is no ongoing legal or regulatory reason to retain the data, 3n4nnet securely deletes or irreversibly anonymizes your personal data. Deletion procedures follow industry best practices including cryptographic erasure for encrypted storage and certified secure deletion for physical media. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes, as it can no longer be linked to any individual player.

You have the right to be informed about how your personal data is collected, processed, and used before or at the time of collection. This Privacy Policy is our primary means of fulfilling this obligation, and it is made available to all players before and during registration.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data 3n4nnet holds about you, along with information about how it is being processed. We will respond to access requests within 15 business days of receipt. For complex requests involving large volumes of data, we may extend this period to 30 business days with prior notice.

If you believe that personal data 3n4nnet holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction. For basic account details such as email address and mobile number, you can update these directly in your 3n4nnet account settings. For corrections to KYC-verified data such as your name or date of birth, a support request with supporting documentation is required.

You have the right to request erasure of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, or where you have withdrawn consent and there is no other legal basis for processing. Please note that 3n4nnet cannot erase data that we are legally required to retain under PAGCOR regulations or Philippine AML law — such requests will be partially fulfilled and you will be informed of any data that cannot be erased and the reason why.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where 3n4nnet relies on legitimate interest as the legal basis. You also have an unconditional right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes at any time. Upon a valid objection to marketing, 3n4nnet will cease all marketing communications within 5 business days.

You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data you have provided to 3n4nnet in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (e.g., CSV or JSON). You may also request that this data be transmitted directly to another service provider where technically feasible.

3n4nnet may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, Philippine regulatory requirements, or NPC guidance. When we make material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or how we use your personal data — we will notify you via email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. We will also display a prominent notice on the 3n4nnet platform. For minor or administrative updates, the revised Policy will be published at 3n4nnet.net/privacy-policy with an updated effective date. Your continued use of 3n4nnet after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with the 3n4nnet Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the full legal framework governing your use of the 3n4nnet platform.
