Conditions of Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "3n4nnet," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 3n4nnet.net, operated under the PAGCOR regulatory framework in the Philippines.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on 3n4nnet or accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" means the registered player profile created on 3n4nnet, including the associated PHP wallet balance and gaming history.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" means the aggregate of deposited funds, credited bonuses, and net winnings held in your 3n4nnet account, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player via an approved payment method, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" means credits awarded by 3n4nnet through promotions, welcome offers, free bets, or other incentive schemes, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Game" means any slot, live casino table, bingo room, sports bet, sabong market, or other gaming product available on the 3n4nnet platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a real money or bonus credit stake placed on any Game outcome.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions in their current version, as amended from time to time by 3n4nnet.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "PST" means Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8), the time zone under which 3n4nnet operations are conducted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required to confirm player identity, age, and eligibility.

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account on 3n4nnet. This is a firm legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gaming activities. 3n4nnet strictly enforces this age threshold and will request age verification documents at registration and at any subsequent point deemed necessary by our compliance team.

3n4nnet is primarily operated for and marketed to residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 3n4nnet is lawful in your jurisdiction. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or play. 3n4nnet reserves the right to restrict access from certain territories without prior notice.

To register a 3n4nnet account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a mobile number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

By completing registration, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are 21 years of age or older.
• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you.
• You are not a prohibited person under any applicable law or PAGCOR regulation.
• You have not previously had a 3n4nnet account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are registering voluntarily for personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.

3n4nnet may require you to submit identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your account's lifetime. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (passport, PhilSys ID, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID) and proof of address not older than three months. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal access.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active 3n4nnet account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the player will be suspended, bonus balances forfeited, and real money balances subject to review before any return is processed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3n4nnet login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. 3n4nnet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals initiated — will be attributed to you regardless of whether you personally performed those actions. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 3n4nnet support immediately via the email address on record.

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly inactivity administration fee of ₱100, deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees commence.

You may request closure of your 3n4nnet account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending wagers will be settled, KYC verification may be required, and any outstanding real money balance above ₱500 will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances are non-withdrawable and will be voided upon account closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed under Section 7 of these Terms.

3n4nnet supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20 (converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at time of transaction). All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso unless otherwise stated. 3n4nnet does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your 3n4nnet account. As a general guideline, minimum deposits start from ₱100 for GCash and Maya. Maximum single withdrawal limits and daily/weekly withdrawal caps are determined by your account verification tier and are shown in your account settings. Players who complete full KYC verification are eligible for higher withdrawal limits.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by 3n4nnet's payments team and processed within the following estimated timeframes:

• GCash / Maya: Within 1 hour for verified accounts; up to 24 hours for first-time withdrawals pending review.
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank / UnionBank: 1–3 business days subject to bank processing times.
• Coins.ph / USDT TRC20: Within 2 hours for verified accounts.
• 7-Eleven Cliqq: Cash pickup processing up to 24 hours after approval.

Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have previously been used for deposits on the same account, or that have been registered and verified under the same account holder name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

3n4nnet reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations applicable in the Philippines. Failure to provide satisfactory source of funds documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the temporary restriction of withdrawal access pending review.

3n4nnet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bet credits, cashback offers, and special event promotions tied to Filipino holidays, PBA seasons, or other occasions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general bonus terms.

All bonus credits issued by 3n4nnet must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus-derived winnings remain in the Bonus Balance and are not withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion — expired bonus credits and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general guideline: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute between 10–20%, and certain game types may contribute 0%. The exact contribution rates for each game are listed in the promotion's specific terms. Sports bets placed with bonus credits must meet minimum odds requirements as specified per promotion.

3n4nnet reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts, using low-risk or mathematically certain betting strategies to complete wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at 3n4nnet's discretion and are final subject to the dispute process in Section 9.

All slot games available on 3n4nnet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers from certified studios using real physical equipment monitored by multiple camera angles. Sports betting odds are compiled by qualified traders and reflect market conditions at time of bet placement.

Bets are settled according to the official results of the relevant game or event. For sports markets, results are determined by the official governing body of the sport or competition in question — for PBA games, this is the Philippine Basketball Association; for international competitions, the relevant international federation. In the event of a dispute over settlement, 3n4nnet's trading team decision is final pending formal dispute escalation under Section 9.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, 3n4nnet will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to your Real Money Balance. 3n4nnet shall not be liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side, device failures, or power interruptions. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable connection before placing wagers.

Each game on 3n4nnet has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the game interface before any wager is placed. These limits may vary by game type, table variant, and account tier. 3n4nnet reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Any wager placed above the stated maximum limit will be settled at the maximum limit, with the excess stake returned to your balance.

A wager may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, walkover results, verified data feed errors at time of bet placement, or force majeure events. Void bets do not count toward wagering requirement completion.

3n4nnet is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the platform. We recognize that while the vast majority of Filipino players engage with online gaming as a form of entertainment, some individuals may develop problematic gaming behaviors. We take this seriously and provide a suite of tools to help all players stay in control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 3n4nnet players via the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PHP. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive on-screen reminders after a specified duration of continuous play to prompt breaks.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or place bets. Cooling-off requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or for an extended period (minimum 6 months, up to 5 years) exclude yourself from 3n4nnet. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool. To initiate self-exclusion, access your account settings or contact 3n4nnet support. Once self-exclusion is active, 3n4nnet will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from reaching you and will not accept new deposits for the duration of the exclusion period. Any real money balance at the time of self-exclusion will be processed for withdrawal following completion of KYC verification.

3n4nnet strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. If you share a device with family members or other persons, we strongly recommend enabling device-level parental controls or using separate browser profiles to prevent underage access. If you suspect a minor has accessed a 3n4nnet account, contact support immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3n4nnet platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. 3n4nnet reserves the right to immediately suspend an account, void all associated wagers and winnings, and report conduct to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where any of the following are detected:

• Registering or operating more than one 3n4nnet account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 3n4nnet.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in place of human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploited errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated cheating in multiplayer or live casino games.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial transaction on 3n4nnet for purposes other than legitimate gaming entertainment.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate transactions made to 3n4nnet through your payment provider without first raising the matter through 3n4nnet's dispute process.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 3n4nnet staff, live dealers, or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access 3n4nnet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Selling, transferring, or acquiring a 3n4nnet account from another person.

Where 3n4nnet determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, the platform's decision regarding account suspension and balance forfeiture is final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 9.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3n4nnet's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3n4nnet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether or not 3n4nnet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If you have a complaint regarding the operation of your account, a game outcome, or a transaction on 3n4nnet, you must first contact our support team and allow 3n4nnet a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. The dispute resolution process is as follows:

1. Step 1 — Initial Contact: Submit your complaint via the support email on record. Include your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and a clear description of the issue. 3n4nnet will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours PST.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: 3n4nnet's compliance team will investigate and provide a written response within 10 business days. For complex matters involving game logs or transaction records, this may be extended to 21 business days with notice to the player.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with 3n4nnet's response, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution channel in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise directed by PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.

3n4nnet shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond 3n4nnet's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, typhoons (which are a particular operational consideration given 3n4nnet's Philippines base), power grid failures, government-mandated shutdowns, acts of war, or third-party payment system outages. In such circumstances, 3n4nnet will take reasonable steps to communicate with affected players and restore services as quickly as practicable.

3n4nnet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations, or the core terms of your account — 3n4nnet will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. For minor or administrative amendments, changes take effect immediately upon publication at 3n4nnet.net/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3n4nnet may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if you breach any provision of these Terms, if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority, or if continued operation of your account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the platform. Upon termination for breach, any bonus balance and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned subject to applicable AML checks and KYC verification requirements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms communicated to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3n4nnet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
